I have been involved with Mr. Mallasch and his poetry websites since I discovered MUGround several years ago. I enjoyed posting poems and writing comments with my fellow members. For the last several years, I haven't written a word of poetry. So I had nothing to contribute to this new one. From time to time, I would sit down and write and scribble out some truly horrible crap. It just wasn't in me anymore. Last week, after an incredibly tough 2008, I sat down and wrote two new poems.
