dates, time, numbers
dates, time, numbers;
date. times. [more numb.]
calendars fall from the
wall and land nearby.
plans. planes. planets.
all these things. and more.
for thousands of years the
rotation of the stars in their
places rapidly expanding, the
universe about to burst and/or
curve back in on itself, the dense
matter at the heart of the galaxy will
collapse in on itself, at least in theory.
energy. matter. transportation.
vast distances cut short. moments.
and in this vastness, this ever expanding
rush of matter and the stuff of life, i drown
my thoughts as if i was a mere mortal by the
sea even though i've never seen it personally, i
can imagine.
i lose myself in midst of the miracles at work in
deep space. energy. many forms. and amongst it
i wander like Ender endlessly spanning thousands of
years, yearning to just be something simpler, something
more complicated.
dates. time. numbers.
which planet is this?
