hear, hear to brave new worlds
opening up - blossoming,
growing, shedding leaves
yet somehow still surviving -
and days turn into weeks in-
to months into years into for-
ever and ever and whenever it
seems too much, put the mittens
on (the special friends mittens) and
know it'll be ok - the true friend (much
akin to true love) has to be there no matter
what - giving and receiving - getting more joy
perhaps in the giving.
