i consider love
perhaps
too damn
much for my
own good i
sometimes
feel like cupid
who sets my
poet eyes on
a lass or lady
and within a
fornight they've
found their prince
charming and are
so happy it's hard
to feel sad.
i consider love an
internal force with
external indicators
and an external force
with internal indicators.
i consider love on a
frequent basis and i
consider love to be
necessary to life but
i realize that by looking
so intently for it, i scare it -
so precious a feeling you can't
construct from nothing.
i consider love.
i consider love into
a poem, into a story
into a book into a play
into a movie into a smash
hit broadway musical i
consider love
with words in
love with words
because of words
despite my words.
i consider love an
extra-dimensional
space outside of
time that takes
so many things
to nourish and
grow into the
ultimate form
of love that
does exist.
i consider love
a form of gravity.
i consider love
in dangerous
to maintain
levels.
i consider love to be a
delicate balance, a
deliberate but open
to interpretation
dance.
i consider love
alone on a saturday
night and the street lights
outside shine.
